Yes, we have options for including your company’s branding. Proper working files are required.
Each TGA gift is unique, so cost is dependent on a number of crucial factors. Gift quantity, product selection, packaging type, etc. fluctuate from gift to gift and present a range of different costs. Book a consultation and we’ll be happy to explore options and provide a quote.
For custom orders (we ship via UPS), lead times vary depending on the gifting project. Standard delivery times can be anywhere from two to six weeks. Book a consultation and we’ll be happy to provide you with production and delivery estimates.
For ready-to-ship gift boxes, orders ship (via UPS) within 1-3 business days of order placement. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
For custom orders, international shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to explore this option in detail during our consultation.
For one of our Limited Edition gift boxes, we only ship within the 50 contiguous states.
Given the custom nature of our work, we do not support returns. That said, we strive every step of the way to make sure we’re delivering the highest quality product possible. For damaged/missing items part of our Limited Edition gift boxes, contact us at info@thegiftarchitect.com within 24 hours of delivery. In the subject line include “Damaged/Missing Order.” Attach 3 photographs in your email: 1) A photo of the outer shipping box; 2) A photo of the exterior gift box; 3) A photo of the interior gift box. Allow us up to 72 hours to respond with a resolution plan.

No, the contents of our Limited Edition boxes cannot be broken up to purchase the items individually.
No, we do not accept payment in any cryptocurrency. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and Apple Pay.
Have you checked your spam/junk folder? In the majority of cases, if you haven’t received your order confirmation email, it’s there.
At this time, we don’t have plans to restock our Limited Edition collections. So once they sell out that’s it.
No, none of your billing and shipping information is included in the box.
We typically ship from our ready-to-ship collection within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will process the following Monday. Once your order ships, you will receive shipping and tracking information.
TGA takes responsibility for your order up until it delivers to the shipping address you provided. Therefore, we are not responsible for stolen, lost, or otherwise misplaced packages. In the event that your delivered order is stolen, we recommend you contact your local law enforcement to report the theft. If the order is missing, we encourage you to reach out to UPS at 800.742.5877 or file a claim online at https://ups.com/us/support/file-a-claim.page .
